Returns Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges on new, unused item within 7 days of purcash. Under the consumer guarantees act you are able to return any item that is faulty or not as described.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $50 - STANDARD COURIER (Excludes Rural): $5.99 - RURAL COURIER (1-2 DAY): $10 You must be home to sign for these as they will come with an R18 sticker on the package. *Free shipping is not applicable for rural delivery, same day delivery, Saturday delivery or international delivery. Your postcode determines what shipping method you are eligible for based on the NZ Post address and Postcode Finder.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

If your parcel has been returned back to us if it could not be delivered, we will contact you via email to advise you. Should we deem that your parcel could not be delivered in this case, we will cancel your order and process a refund. We will not refund the cost of shipping and/ will deduct any extra cost of the parcel being returned back to us from your purchase price. .
